Our Approach
At SJP Wellbeing, we are committed to supporting your mental health and well-being through a range of services, including counselling, coaching, and mental health and well-being education. As highly qualified and experienced therapists and educators, we are dedicated to providing personalised care tailored to you and have access to referral partners to holistically support families, young people, children, and workplaces for mental health and well-being education. We are here to help you achieve your mental health and well-being goals, through online or in-person sessions.
Providing you with a safe space
Appointments can take place face to face at offices in the northern suburbs, outreach to schools, or home, or conveniently via a secure online platform.
In-person and remote options
SJP Wellbeing is conveniently located inside Play Therapy SA in Salisbury and also in Gawler. Can’t make it into the office? No worries – I’ve got you covered with telehealth, or outreach in schools, or at home.

Mindfulness Groups
Our online Mindfulness Groups are run every week, for 30 minutes, by qualified SJP Wellbeing therapists and guest facilitators. Group funds contribute to our ‘Therapy Fund’ helping to provide therapy for people who need it.

Just a fund built up by donations like yours for people who fit the application criteria to receive reduced fees or free therapy when they have financial barriers to getting financial support.
