Stopping to check in, celebrate wins, and adjust focus. A chance to notice progress you may not have seen.

Beginning therapy can feel like a big step. Often, people come to us when life feels overwhelming, uncertain, or stuck. Making that first appointment takes courage, and we want you to know from the start - you will be met here with care, respect, and understanding.
