Leading Whole: Beyond Positivity to Authentic Growth
A Leadership Wellbeing Program Grounded in the
PERMAH+ Model
In a world that prizes constant performance and positivity, Leading Whole invites leaders to step into a more grounded, human, and authentic way of leading.
This small group program supports leaders and professionals to move beyond surface resilience toward genuine wellbeing, connection and purpose. Through guided reflection, mindfulness and shared dialogue, participants learn to lead with authenticity, integrating their values, strengths and self-awareness into everyday leadership practice.
Grounded in the PERMAH+ wellbeing model and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Leading Whole blends evidence-based frameworks with lived leadership insight to help you reconnect with yourself and the people you lead.
