LATE TO THE PARTY

An ADHD Therapy Group

Have you, or someone close to you, recently been diagnosed with ADHD?

Perhaps you've only just realised, or started to wonder if this could be what’s been going on. Maybe you've known for a while, after hearing suggestions from loved ones or noticing patterns in yourself - but the cost of a formal diagnosis feels out of reach.

This sudden realisation - or long overdue recognition - can be a lot to sit with. Knowing that something so central to how you move through the world was missed for years can leave you wondering:

“How did I go this long without knowing?”

“Why does this explain so much?”

“What do I do with this now?”

You’re not the only one asking, and you don’t have to figure it out alone. So many people go years - even decades - navigating life with undiagnosed ADHD, and when the dots finally start to connect, it can feel like a mix of relief, grief, confusion, and hope.

At SJP Wellbeing, we know there’s no one-size-fits-all path to understanding yourself. That’s why we’re so excited to introduce our newest offering: small group therapy sessions designed to support exploration, connection, and growth - together.

‘Late to the Party’, as we’ve named it, is for anyone 18 and over who’s somewhere on their ADHD journey. Whether you’re confirmed, confused, or curious, we believe gentle, supportive group therapy offers the space to share with - and learn from - others with  similar lived experience.
