Cancellation Policy

We have a strict 48 business hour cancellation policy.
Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 48 business hours before your appointment will be charged the full session fee.

‘Business hours’ are 9 am–5 pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

This policy ensures that clients on our waitlist have the opportunity to access appointments as they become available.
